East Fishkill, NY  Assemblyman Kieran Michael Lalor (R,C,I - East Fishkill) renewed his call for the New York State Board of Parole to rescind parole for murderer Terry Losicco after Losicco's arrest for a parole violation today.

End of Session Wrap-Up

Good news, the legislative session is over! It ended in the wee hours on Saturday morning. I welcome the end of session because as former New York State assemblyman turned surrogate judge, Gideon John Tucker (1826-1899) said long ago, "No man's life, liberty or property are safe while the Legislature is in session."

Lalor: Don't Expand Hollywood Tax Subsidies, Cut Them

East Fishkill, NY - (6/15/16) -  Assemblyman Kieran Michael Lalor (R,C,I - East Fishkill) is calling on the Assembly to reject legislation that would expand New York's film credit for several counties. The legislation is likely to be considered by the Assembly before the session ends on Thursday.

Lalor and Molinaro Run 13.1 Miles, Encourage Others to Support Local Organizations

 East Fishkill, NY - (6/13/16) -Assemblyman Kieran Michael Lalor and Dutchess County Executive Marcus Molinaro completed yesterday's Walkway Half Marathon in near photo finish fashion. Lalor completed the race in 2 hours 5 minutes and 38 seconds while Molinaro completed the race in 2 hours 6 minutes 20 seconds.

Lalor was running for Julie's Jungle while Molinaro was running for Abilities First. Lalor and Molinaro have announced that both will contribute $500 to the others' not-for-profit and are encouraging the community to contribute also.
